As I was compiling the nmap-3.27 port on my FreeBSD 4.8-STABLE box, I received 
the following warning:

configure: WARNING: netinet/if_ether.h: present but cannot be compiled

So I figured I'd follow the instructions and report the bug to address@hidden  
If I can provide any additional information that would be helpful to you (such 
as software versions, etc.) let me know and I'll do my best to help out.
