While running configure for kaffe (www.kaffe.org), I came upon this message:
checking asm/signal.h presence... configure: WARNING: asm/signal.h:
present but cannot be compiled

configure: WARNING: asm/signal.h: proceeding with the preprocessor's result
yes

My system is:
$ uname -a
Linux blanche 2.4.19 #2 Sat Mar 1 18:19:36 CET 2003 i686 unknown unknown
GNU/Linux
