autoconf bug report

I get the following warning when running ./configure in links-0.92 on 
Mac OS X 10.3.

configure: WARNING: netinet/ip.h: present but cannot be compiled
configure: WARNING: netinet/ip.h: check for missing prerequisite 
headers?
configure: WARNING: netinet/ip.h: proceeding with the preprocessor's 
result
configure: WARNING:     ## ------------------------------------ ##
configure: WARNING:     ## Report this to address@hidden ##
configure: WARNING:     ## ------------------------------------ ##

links-0.92 compiles, makes and installs with no other warnings and 
seems to run properly.
