I wrote `expected cache variable name' according to section `Cache
Variable Names' in autoconf.info.  The postfix `fixed_mapped'
corresponds to `ADDITIONAL-OPTIONS', but it has to be documented
somewhere.  Otherwise people think that ac_cv_func_mmap holds the
result which is not true.
