Reporting bug in Net-SNMP config under cygwin.

I was running the "./configure" program to install net-snmp 5.1 under cygwin 
under Windows XP Home and I got the following error message:

configure: WARNING: winsock.h: present but cannot be compiled
configure: WARNING: winsock.h: check for missing prerequisite headers?
configure: WARNING: winsock.h: proceeding with the preprocessor's result
configure: WARNING:     ## 
----------------------------------------------------- ##
configure: WARNING:     ## Report this to address@hidden ##
configure: WARNING:     ##

I couldn't do a cut and paste, so there might be a typo.  It said to report 
it, so I did.
