doc AC_CONFIG_HEADER

[ This time with autoconf version. ]

Hi,

autoscan generates among others:

AC_CONFIG_HEADER([config.h])

but this macro does not seem to be documented anywhere (I can
guess that it does roughly the same as AC_CONFIG_HEADERS, but it
also looks similar to the obsolete AM_CONFIG_HEADER.)

Autoconf version = 2.57
