Bug in Xvlib.h stuff

Autoconf:

Here's the text I got back from a run of ./configure on the gstreamer
plugins source package.  The exact package was gst-plugins-0.6.3
available at http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=1936

The exact text of the error was...

I've include my copy of Xvlib.h in case that helps.
My system is a full install of Fedora Core 1 with all updates currently
applied.
