sys/ptem.h: present but cannot be compiled on Solaris 9

I got this output while running make on gdb-6.0:

... Following instructions, I'm reporting.

# gcc -v

gcc version 3.3.2

# autoconf --version
autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.57

# uname -a
SunOS anise 5.9 Generic_112233-08 sun4u sparc SUNW,UltraAX-i2
