error msgs.

hi.i'm from Kurdistan.
i download and compile pure-ftpd-1.0.16a to use it.
but when i type ./configure, these warning shows:
i use FreeBSD 4.9 -STABLE with i686 866 MHZ CPU&133 Mhz System bus speed.
Here is some error msgs:
