strstream handling when building cppunit on DGUX

strstream handling when building cppunit on DGUX |

I was trying to build cppunit on DGUX using autoconf and got the error:
strstream accepted by compiler, rejected by the preprocessor
proceeding with preprocessor result
It said to report the bug to address@hidden
autoconf is version 2.59
cppunit is 1.9.14
the dg is R4.20MU07
The C++ compiler is the Comeau compiler (not sure which version)
