I've received this warnig while I was configuring jabberd branch v2_0 
downloaded from CVS.

I used bootstrap in source directory to create configure.

The version of autoconf installed on my machine:
autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.57

On it I installed the latest developer tools.
