Not sure if you want this or not but I got this doing the following configure on my linux box -

 

Net-SNMP - version 5.1.1

 

./configure --enable-ucd-snmp-compatibility --with-defaults --with-mib-modules="host" --with-default-snmp-version="2"

 

RedHat FC1

kernel - Linux dns.2dognight.com 2.4.22-1.2115.nptl #1 Wed Oct 29 15:42:51 EST 2003 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

 

 

GCC - compiled from source
