repeated CONFIGURE warnings in net-snmp build

hi,

building net-snmp CVS-HEAD on MacOSX 10.3.4 I note the following WARNINGS 
apparently related to autoconf ...

they seem non-fatal, or even problematic, AFAIK, but it *says* "## Report this to 
address@hidden ##", so here you go!
