There is not much to say.  The testsuite fails with test 54 :

C low level compiling/preprocessing macros.

 51: C keywords                                   ok
 52: AC_PROG_CPP requires AC_PROG_CC              ok
 53: AC_PROG_CPP with warnings                    ok
 54: AC_PROG_CPP without warnings                 FAILED (c.at:166)
 55: AC_PROG_CPP via CC                           ok
