Hello

This is a first for me. Not sure what is expected.

I was installing Slackware and Asterisk (amongst other things) as per the 
directions found here:

http://astguiclient.sourceforge.net/scratch_install.html

I was following the instructions to the letter.  I have built successful linux 
boxes in the past.

I noticed the contents of the subject line above flash by and thought I should 
send some info along.
