WARNING report of ./configure

I downloaded tar ball named smartmontools-5.33.tar.gz and extract
the tar ball by tar zxvf then do ./configure in extracted directory.
The ./configure report the WARNING as shown as belows.
And ordered to report to you.
What can i do for you anything else?
