Bug Report: fink opensp4 missing prerequisites?, 10.4-transitional

I received the following message while installing inkscape under 
10.4-transitional.
After switching to 10.4 on my computer, I deleted the entire /sw tree and 
started
over. I did a fink selfupdate before trying to install inkscape. These is the 
messages I
got:
