little bug with autoconf

 Hello.

I've got a problem. I wanted to install Gentoo Linux on one pc, but after some 
steps 
I began "emerge -e system", then after some time an error appeared. System can 
not 
find perl.
Help me please if you could, I send you some logs, which help to understand 
what I 
mean.
I'll be glad to install Gentoo Linux on pc, but this error disturb me.
What should I do to solve this problem?
