you reached the list bug-autoconf, which is dedicated for bug reports
about GNU Autoconf.

We cannot help you with your problem.  I guess you need to contact support
list of the project you have problem with.
(Or perhaps a general discussion list or bug report list of that project.

I'm not sure whether you should contact the list of project shibboleth,
opensaml or log4cpp.  If you are not sure either, try any of them.
(But not all at the same moment, it would be probably considered
non-polite.)
