all four failures had the same cause: your system contains a Fortran
compiler, ifc, but the binaries created by it cannot be run, because
your system lacks a shared library:

How it comes you have this instalation?
Did you meant to install Fortran compiler?
Or was it a byproduct of something else?

I guess the people from Linux From Scratch could help you to find answers.
And if you ask them about this, it'll give them an opprtunity to improve
their manual, so please contact them.
