Both test cases fail like this. Apparently, when your Perl executes a command
without a shell, the child's argv[0] has `\'-separators and a drive letter.
Some Autoconf wrapper scripts used $0, expecting `/'-separators.
The same wrapper scripts no longer use $0 in autoconf-2.59c, so it should not
fail in this way. To echo Ralf, your testing autoconf-2.59c would be valuable,
in case new issues have arisen that would affect your system.
