Thanks for the bug report.  Please read
  info Autoconf "Present But Cannot Be Compiled"

and the config.log part that corresponds to this error -- you can see
there what went wrong -- and show both to the maintainer of the Zabbix
package, who can fix this in his package (if (s)he hasn't done so
already).
