GL/glxext.h library

Dear All,
I'm trying to configure qslim-2.1. on a Cygwin platform.
uanme -a gives the following
CYGWIN_NT-5.1 YOUR-6EE8C1BECD 1.5.21(0.156/4/2) 2006-07-30 14:21 i686 Cygwin
and I encounter the following error.
