after updating the automake

hello,

i have upgraded the automake-1.10 and the autoconf remains the same as
autoconf-2.59-5.Now the error generated are like this.Can you tell me to
what versions should i upgrade to.
using Rhel 4 ,kernel 2.6,kdevelop 3.1.1,LiS 2.19.1.
