Hello!
autoconf by default doesn't seem to provide a solution to choose the
build-system or the target-system compiler for a build-target (program, lib,
etc.)
A solution is described in
http://sourceware.org/autobook/autobook/autobook_270.html, but I think
autoconf should support this directly.
