Hi Reuben,

I have received your e-mails and I apologize for not responding
sooner. I haven't been able to dedicate a lot of time to archive
maintenance recently. That happens sometimes, and I am sorry about
it. I'm in the process of moving the archive to savannah.gnu.org to
make it more accessible to everyone. Once that transition has
occurred, pretty much everyone will have the ability to commit
changes directly to the GIT repository. The current procedure --
where I personally commit everything based on e-mails I receive --
doesn't work well and feels out-dated anyway. In this day and age,
the archive should probably be a Wikki.

Anyway, the site is still being maintained and very much alive. I'll
add your submission momentarily. You'll receive another e-mail once
that's been taken care of.
