autoconf-2.64 on UnixWare 7.1.4

[trying again. bounced when I tried to send in October]

I'm not sure if there is a regression in autoconf-2.64 or if there is
just better testing but 2.63 passed all tests and 2.64 fails
tests 30 121 271 272 273 274 and 277. I've attached a gzipped
testsuite.log and a gzipped tarball of testsuite.dir from running
env TESTSUITEFLAGS='-v -d -x 30 121 271 272 273 274 277' gmake -e check
