autoconf 2.66 on AIX 7.1BETA

 Hello,
after updating configure.guess for AIX 7 all make check test with the
exception of one test are successful.

This is the failing test:

212: AC_CACHE_CHECK                                  FAILED (base.at:419)

Is this is known problem? I have attached (hopefully) all necessary logs.
