No, it's an Atom N270, running 32bit WinXP Home: cygcheck report it to be: Windows XP Home Edition Ver 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 3
There's a known bug breaking cygwin in that case; however, I'd be surprised that _anything_ worked in that case...
