Thanks for the report.  Most likely, these are weaknesses in the
testsuite trying to assume POSIX behaviors that simply aren't present in
msys, but unless someone who actively works on an msys system submits
patches, the testsuite will continue to have these problems.  I for one
don't use msys, but I will review any patches you care to submit.
