The 503 test fails because of output changes caused by Perl changes
that print this warning message:

    Unescaped left brace in regex is deprecated here (and will be
fatal in Perl 5.30), passed through in regex; marked by <-- HERE in
m/\${ <-- HERE [^\}]*}/ at
/usr/local/build/autoconf-2.69_Linux_4.7.2.001/bin/autoscan line 361.

IIRC, a fix was proposed but there was no new release since then.
