Details:
bash 5.1.0(1)-rc1, which is the version of bash in Debian unstable as of
2020-10-15, unpredictably prints strings of the form
TRACE: pid 411364: bgp_delete: deleting 432074
to the process's stderr while executing the "FIFO job dispatcher" that is part
of autotest. This causes several test failures in autoconf's own testsuite.
