Follow-up Comment #1, sr #110360 (project autoconf):

This is probably a bug in config.sub and config.guess, which would need to be
reported to config-patches@gnu.org. To verify this, Viktor, could you please
report the output of running config.guess on your Pi3? No arguments are
required.
