Thanks for the quick response. Here are the autoconf and automake logs from
the CI node running macOS 11:

The logs look similar on the nodes running 10.14 and 10.15, but let me know if
you'd like to have a look at them anyway.

You can also access the logs through the GitHub CI interface here:

There is a way to access the raw logs and log archives for the whole CI run
through that interface if you need it.
