Details:

autoreconf fails with current autoconf git master for libgda 5.2.10.

$ autoreconf --version
autoreconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.70.17-66fda

$ git clone https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libgda.git
$ cd libgda/
$ git co LIBGDA_5_2_10
$ autoreconf -fi

...snip...
