Thanks, it should be working now. I don't know why it wasn't working
earlier. The CVS server seems to have had no record of
manual/autoconf-2.72/html_node/index.html.
I fixed it by making a trivial whitespace change to the file, which you
can see here:
https://web.cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/autoconf/autoconf/manual/autoconf-2.72/html_node/index.html?r1=1.1&r2=1.2
and doing a "cvs commit" to kick the server. The file now shows up as
having two revisions 1.1 and 1.2, whereas before the entire file was
missing.
