need help

hi,

i have a alphapc 164lx board and it is currently
working on AlphaNT.
also i have digital UNIX 4.0C, 
when i tried to install unix installation strucked and
halted
the message came before halting is

HALT instruction executed

pls help me to install digital unix in it

again my computer is
AlphaPC 164LX
21164 600Mhz Processor
Diamond fireGL 1000 Vga card (PCI)
creative sound blaster 16 (ISA)
asus 50x cdrom
20Gb quantum fireball hard disk.

pls foward me the installation manul if you have.
