These three pr*.test failures are known bugs in Automake 1.6's
test suite (not Automake itself).  They are fixed in Automake 1.6.1.

You can run the testsuite verbosely on a particular test with

  make VERBOSE=x TESTS=cond5.test check

But it would help if you can upgrade to Automake 1.6.1 first.
