        parallel-tests: avoid command-line length limit issue.
        * lib/am/check.am [%?PARALLEL_TESTS%] (check-TESTS): Pass
        sanitized TEST_LOGS value as makefile snippet on standard
        input to $(MAKE), to avoid exceeding the command line limit on
        w32 (MSYS).
