Updated readline-4.2 distribution available

Due to an oversight on my part, the originally-distributed
readline-4.2 tar file contains out-of-date formatted versions of
the documentation (readline-4.2-beta vintage). It suffices to run

        cd doc ; make

to update the formatted documentation to correspond to the
shipped texinfo and man page sources, but not all users may have
the necessary tools installed, and the resultant files will
still be labeled as documenting readline-4.2-beta.

As a result, I have made a new tar file with the updated formatted
documents available for FTP from

ftp://ftp.cwru.edu/pub/bash/readline-4.2-doc.tar.gz

Unpack the file in the readline-4.2 source directory.

The readline-4.2.1.tar.gz file in that directory on ftp.cwru.edu
is the complete readline-4.2 distribution with the updated
documentation. There are no source changes, so
readline-4.2.tar.gz now points to that file, and the tarball
unpacks into a readline-4.2 directory. The diffs from
readline-4.1 are also new, and reflect the updated files.

The new and updated files should soon be retrievable from ftp.gnu.org
and its mirrors.

The original readline-4.2 distribution tarball is still available
as readline-4.2.orig.tar.gz, and the original diffs from
readline-4.1 appear as readline-4.1-4.2.orig.diff.gz.

Sorry for any problems that this might cause.

Chet
