You apparently stumbled over *.shell not being more specific?
(but this is the way the usenet groups hierarchy works,
if there is not enough traffic. See also several helpful
docs in your "*.newusers.*" group ("questions/info/announce")
Just post with "[bash] subject" to comp.unix.shell
(german email, so see also de.comp.os.unix.shell)
