Description:
        During 'make install-strip' install tries to strip bashbug
        (which is a shell script) and thereby fails.

Repeat-By:
        make install-strip

Fix:
        Use $(INSTALL_SCRIPT) instead of $(INSTALL_PROGRAM) as shown in
        the attached patch.

        There used to be a bug in autoconf which prevented this to work, but
        autoconf-2.52 has fixed that.
