info bug for texinfo

texinfo info page in cygwin
2001/08/26 18:40:08 Starting cygwin install, version 2.78.2.3
which I downloaded 17 Jan 2002.

This line is incomplete in the texinfo info page

`@node' Line Requirements
-------------------------

   * Unfortunately, you cannot use periods, commas, colons or
apostrophes within a node name; these confuse TeX or the Info
     formatters.

You cannot use square brackets in a node name. Square brackets
confuse the tex command in MiKTeX 2.1. It places the trailing part of
the node in the body of the section in the dvi file.

The recommended fix is to modify the sentence to read

   * Unfortunately, you cannot use periods, commas, colons, square brackets,
or apostrophes within a node name; these confuse TeX or the Info
     formatters.
