I still reproduce the bug.

$ cat ./foo.sh
for i
do
echo ">>>$i<<<"
done
$ bash --norc ./foo.sh toto titi
>>><<<
$ bash --version
GNU bash, version 2.05b.0(2)-release (i386-pc-linux-gnu)
Copyright (C) 2002 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

But as you can't reproduce it, it should not be a bug.
I'll check my configuration.

Thanks for your patience.

PS: Paul really has sharp eyes.
