bashref.texi @dircategory's

I suggest the following minor changes to bashref.texi to change the
category in the Texinfo dir file -- I've been trying to rationalize
these categories per rms's suggestions.  This is relative to bash 2.05b.

Also, the frontmatter should be changed to use @copying and the GNU free
documentation license -- this patch doesn't do that part.  (I also
recommend removing @setchapternewpage odd.)  See
