With something like HISTFILE=$HOME/.bash_history_$USERNAME in .bashrc,
what are the chances I'd wipe out most of my history file by opening a
second bash window, and then closing the two windows in the wrong
order or something?
How do I ensure things I typed yesterday in whatever bash window, will
be C-r findable today, in whatever bash window? [powered off at night].
