Just built 2.05b-release on some Solaris 2.5.1 and [2.]7 systems.
Everything works fine except for task suspension: upon receiving ^Z,
the job suspends but then immediately resumes. I can't see any error
messages like "no job control" being printed -- which is good, since I
know job control was enabled -- and it doesn't look like bash ever prints
the usual stuff when suspending a job.

I'm sure this is some screwy library getting linked in somewhere, or
some equally not-actually-a-bash-bug situation, but I don't know what to
investigate next. It's only this version of bash exhibiting this behavior.
