I don't know which version of bash you're using or where you obtained
it, but current versions understand to link with the termcap library
to resolve these symbols. (This is one of the differences between
MacOS X 10.2 and 10.3.)
Unless you're installing bash-3.0, though, I'm not sure why you're
doing this: Apple ships bash-2.05b as /bin/sh and /bin/bash in 10.3.
