Hi Hilco,
it might be that the patch didn't meet the requirements (and I just
copied it into the mail instead of attaching it which caused line break
problems so that "patch" couldn't be applied directly). But I am no
professional programmer and ususally code in C++, so that I didn't
bother to repost it. It worked for me. All I wanted was to make a
suggestion. I hoped that someone would take the imho quite easy job to
do it right.
