I generate other document formats (pdf, ps, etc.) from the man page
and texinfo sources.  They can't both be named "bash.pdf", for
instance, so the texinfo manual output gets named "bashref.pdf".  Then
I turn the info file back into "bash.info" for installation, since
that's what users and the directories expect.
